Q: I’m interested in beekeeping but I don’t know where to begin. What do I need to get started?

Q: Where can I get bees?

Q: Do I need to buy an extractor?
A: In general, when you’re just starting out for the first time, you do not need the expense of an extractor. Your brand new bees are going to need time to build and grow and because of this you may or may not even harvest honey during the first year. But that’s okay!
